1. SEAT AVAILABILITY CONFIRMATION

   It is possible to make an online reservation at max 15 days prior your journey. In case there are no seats available on requested date, you will be offered alternative dates with our 6 hours seat availability guarantee ( the guarantee starts from the moment of sending Miatours e-mail confirmation)
   

2. SAVE YOUR E – TICKET

   You are required to show your QR code which is on the top of the ticket while bording. You can print your ticket or show it on your mobile device.

3. CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF A JOURNEY

   In case of cancellation or change of a journey made by a passenger, a passenger will be charged the cancellation fee of 20% oft he total amount. Tickets must be cancelled only within the valid period, which is at least 24 hours before the departure date and time indicated on the ticket, directly in our agency or by sending a cancellation request email to info@miatours.hr
   Seller is not responsible for errors caused by the customer and will not be accepted as a basis for a full refund. Errors caused by the customer include incorrectly selected the date of sailing, wrong route selected or wrongly selected tickets.

4. BAGGAGE!!!!

   On fast lines, hand baggage to a maximum of 20 kg per person is permitted free of charge.
